Unforgiveness
"But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." Matthew 6:15

Pride

Illegitimacy

Murder & Hatred

Have you murdered anyone? Do you have hatred towards anyone in your heart, including yourself or God?

Suicide Ideation
"If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are." 1 Corinthians 3:17

Have you ever had any thoughts, plans, agreements, ideation EVER to kill yourself or wishing that you'd never been born? Is there any suicide in your family history?

New Age Movement or Occult Involvement
"And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people." Leviticus 20:6

Clairvoyance

Abortion

My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth." Psalm 139:13-14

Sexual Sin
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." 1 Corinthians 6:18-20

Have you committed adultery or fornication? Fornication includes ALL sexual activity outside of heterosexual marriage, including sexual perversion, rape, incest, pedophilia, homosexuality, lesbianism, sexual abuse, anal sex or oral sex, etc. committed by you or any of your ancestors.

Addictions
"Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;" 1 Peter 2:11

Rejection
