Prayer of Acceptance

God, I thank you that you love me and that you gave Jesus, your Son to die on my behalf.

I thank you that Lord Jesus bore my sins, that he took my rejection, and that he paid my penalty.

Because I come to you through Him, I am not rejected.

I am not unwanted.

I am not excluded.

You really love me.

I am really your child.

You are really my Father.

I belong to your family. I belong to the best family in the universe!

Heaven is my home. I really belong!

Proclamations

The God Who Loves Me

• God has created me in His own image. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I know that full well. Your works are wonderful.

• When God made me, He made me very good. I am precious in His sight and He loves me.

• God crowns me with love and compassion. He satisfies my desires with good things.

• The Lord is not deceived by charm or beauty. He does not look at things the way that people do. People judge by outward appearances, but the Lord looks at the heart.

• God does not take His eyes off of me, for I am made righteous in Jesus.

• He enthrones me with kings and exalts me forever.

• God decided in advance to adopt me into His own family as His son or daughter through Jesus and it brings Him great pleasure.

Who Am I?

• I am a child of God because I have received Him and I believe in His name.

• I am God's masterpiece. He has created me anew in Christ Jesus.

• Because I belong to Him, I am no longer under condemnation or guilt because Jesus's spirit of life is in me.

• I have been set free from the law of sin and death.

• God has crowned me with glory and honor.

• I have become righteous through faith in Christ.

• God now calls me His friend. I am no longer a slave. I am an heir of God, a member of His household. He is my Father and I am His son or daughter.
